Weapon Ball Scroller: A TikTok-inspired physics idle roguelike which seeks the emulate the nearly seamless nature of scrolling. Made for GMTK Game Jam 2025.


Controls: Scroll using touchscreen or mouse wheel


This is a momentous occasion; It has been nearly 2 years since I've last fully committed to finishing a game for a game jam. I sincerely hope that my players have fun scrolling through the balls. Also, this game works on mobile.


Known Issues: On mobile, if you ever get 'stuck', try repositioning your finger or scrolling on a different part of the screen. I don't have a concrete explanation for why this works, nor do I know the reason why this happens.

currently in a stalemate, both of our ring of swords are too big to fit in the arena and we've both reached inf spin speed like 30 min ago. (first pic is most current and second pic is from previous point of my run)

I lost finally I don't how I lost but I'm happy I did I have so much swords might as well call me the dragon slayer because I have so much of those skills of course I also have soo much life steal

i dont really like the new smear effect and wish there was a way to disable it, otherwise i really like the game.

had fun insta killing the blue, but the sound kinda hurts after a while.

also i just noticed in the screenshot the enemy is dead but still has 2 health.


The game keeps reloading And I can't get any progress!!

ehhh.... i won... i think...

kicked the blue ball out the square. :)

no. he is still bouncing around outside the square. and his stats are growing. i think im doomed. he touches my swords from outside the square sometimes. i can hear it. halp..

his spin speed is now 12 digits.

his spinspeed keeps increasing by 10/20% every second. i have no clue how many digits are off screen now.

im going to call it a draw, before he gets really angry and creates a black hole.

great idea.

having some physics decide the 'rng' is way better than rng.

took me about 20 runs before i realized the passive increases wernt permanent :)

we could use more stats info on both balls.but specially our own.

Great for mobile, or computer, but laptop has no scrolling

two fingers on the touch pad at once, then like mobile.
